Dr. Saleh is the Co-founding partner of “Saleh and Medany Law Firm”, Dr Saleh holds a PHD degree in financial leasing contracts, a master’s degree in civil law and graduated from the faculty of law, Cairo University, class of 2004. Dr. Saleh represented numerous civil cases. In labor law cases, he successfully secured judgments allowing companies to dismiss employees based on justifiable cause. In economic disputes, he won a compensation judgment against a foreign company for failing to renew a commercial agency agreement in favor of one of its clients. In criminal law, Dr. Saleh obtained an acquittal, overturning a fifteen-year prison sentence in a forgery case where the owner of a shipping company was accused. The defense was based on the lack of knowledge. In contract drafting, Dr. Saleh has crafted numerous contracts, including service agreements, construction contracts, usufruct agreements, trademark exploitation contracts, and turnkey contracts for foreign factories. Internationally, Dr. Saleh has also represented civil cases in Kuwait. Dr. Saleh through the Saleh and Medany Law firm is currently the legal counsel for: -
